Communication was easy via whatsapp, providing clear instructions for check-in and any assistance needed. the staff responded quickly to my requests and were very polite. They gave me codes to get in the main door and room.

The accommodation was clean. It had good facilities. The location was good for visiting all areas. Free water bottles were available.

The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. The hairdryer basically did not work. The heating also did not work well.

the location was perfect. dozens of restaurants were nearby and the nightlife was very nice. taxis arrived quickly when needed!

i did not know it was a hotel without staff at reception, only cleaning staff. contact with reception happened eventually and they were very kind. the breakfast was from a menu and did not have a lot of choice.
